Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund Provides financial assistance to Marines and sailors injured in combat or training.
Marine for Life Transition assistance for Marines who are separating from the military and support for injured Marines.
Navy Safe Harbor Provides personalized support and assistance to severely injured Sailors and their families.
U.S. Army Materiel Command Provides continuing support to Army War-fighters beyond their active duty service.

DoD Web Portal for Military Transitioners For Military transitioners to smooth the way to civilian life when separating from service.
Military HOMEFRONT
Operation Warfighter
Sponsoring Operation Warfighter, a temporary assignment or internship program for Service members who are undergoing therapy at military treatment facilities in the United States.
National Amputation Foundation Provides support to amputees.
TRICARE CAP Wounded Service Members Initiative Works closely with service members across the nation to ensure they receive appropriate assistive technology for their needs. Accommodations are available for service members with vision or hearing loss, dexterity impairments, including upper-extremity amputees, and communication and cognitive difficulties, including Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).

Housing

Description
National Coalition for Homeless Veterans Their mission is to end homelessness of the veteran.
Fisher House Provides a home for families of soldiers receiving treatment away from home.
Returning Heroes Home Maintains a warrior and family support center near Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, where service members and their families can stay while receiving care.

 


Location Specific

Description
Air Compassion for Veterans Provides assistance to American military personnel and/or their families or critical care givers who have unmet needs due to death, injury, or other physical or mental detriment, or financial hardship, as a result of service in Iraq (OIF) or Afghanistan (OEF).
Veterans of Foreign Wars Supports Veterans of foreign wars.
